Excellent brut with a bright straw yellow color. Fresh and citrusy nose, with light alcoholic and balsamic notes. In the mouth the citrus scents of lemon and grapefruit are combined with a fine and delicate bubble, supported by a good acid shoulder and counterbalanced by an important mineral part. Fresh and drinkable, with a dry finish and herbaceous hints.
