This wine shows hints of well ripe small red berries. The spicy and balsamic notes, due to the passage in wood, are well integrated leaving room for the characteristic timbre of Sangiovese. On the palate it is full and powerful, with good acidity and with enveloping and crisp tannins which give the wine elegance and great drinkability. The finish is crisp with a long gustatory persistence.
