Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP 3 Medaglie dell'Acetaia Giusti was created in the 19th century by Riccardo Giusti, who loved to give it as a gift to his relatives and to the most special people. Of great density and sweetness, it offers aromas and flavors of jams, with hints of honey and vanilla. It is aged in barriques with the addition of balsamic vinegar already aged, taken from ancient casks. It pairs very well with fresh stuffed pasta, sliced and filleted beef, soft cheeses, fresh seasonal fruit and desserts.
