Spirits from Trinidad


      Rum Trinidad from Plantation collection is made in Trinidad, the largest island of the state of Trinidad and Tobago. Produced exclusively with sugar cane molasses, after the distillation process which takes place in column still, this rum is aged in Jamaica for 8 years in casks which previously contained bourbon. Subsequently it is sent to Château de Bonbonnet, in France, where it is further aged in cask for 4 years.
