Acetaia Giuseppe Giusti was founded in 1605 and today is one of the most historical vinegar producers in Mondena. It is a story that has been going on for generations represented today by Claudio and Francesca, who together with Luciano run the company, the history of Giusti family is inextricably linked to its territory. Here for centuries the production of Balsamic vinegar had an exquisitely private character, within the family, which destined it not only to private consumption but also to the most important gifts. Great importance was therefore attributed to the vinegar cellar, a substantial part of the family patrimony. The master vinegar maker was therefore a member of the family, who learned from an early age the secrets of the discipline. An ancient history that is still handed down today from generation to generation.
