In the context of an adequate valorization of high quality products, Paolo Piacenti also has a role in fact he researches with love and patience ancient flavors from small producers managing to move us in front of certain cheeses.
For Paolo it is not enough to research and refine these products; as said at the beginning, he wanted to highlight these excellences by connecting Food to Art.
This is how he came up with the idea of dressing the wheels of pecorino with artist's labels.
Important artists from different countries joined the 'Forme d'arte' project and, as a result, the range of pecorino cheese was embellished with wonderful labels that now distinguish it in the best places.
