Champagne Brut 'Blason Rosé' - Perrier Jouet

The "Blason Rosé" by Perrier Jouet is a medium-bodied, soft and fragrant Rosé Champagne, capable of regaling very fine olfactory and gustatory sensations. It matures on the yeasts in the bottle for at least 36 months and presents a fresh and elegant bouquet of flowers, citrus fruits and berries. On the palate it is round, delicate and enveloping.

The Champagne Brut 'Blason Rosé' by Perrier-Jouet is elaborated from a blend of Pinot Noir (50%), Chardonnay (25%) and Pinot Meunier (25%), varieties vinified in stainless steel tanks with complete processing malolactic fermentation. Once the sparkling wine base has been created, through the addition of a small percentage of red wine, we proceed with the second fermentation in the bottle according to the famous Champenoise Method, called Classic Method in Italy. The degorgement is carried out at least after 36 months of aging on the yeasts in glass and the wine is finally dosed as Brut.
