It is made with only Pinot Noir grapes and aged for a long period of approximately 64 months on its own yeasts. The color is bright straw yellow and the aromas released are typical of the varietal, alternating hints of red berry fruit with floral hints and references to bread crust. The taste is fine, harmonious, complex, creamy and with an excellent persistence finish
