GRAPE VARIETIES: 50% Merlot 25% Sangiovese 25% Cabernet Sauvignon

Sweetness and roundness of the Merlot, freshness and spicy notes of the Sangiovese, power and length of the Cabernet Sauvignon come together to create Opìmo 2018. After aging 16 months in barriques and tonneaux, 50% new, followed by another 6 months in steel. There is a limited production of about 2,200 bottles.
