This Calvados is a rare edition, the result of a very long aging of 30 years. At sight it shows a straw yellow color, powerful to the palate, slightly aggressive and with light woody notes. The finish in the mouth is fruity, but also enriched by spicy hints and aromas of honey, especially in persistence.
