We are in fact in front of a label elegant and powerful, characterized by an aromatic complexity to the nose truly admirable, capable of evolving for many years, giving new nuances to the complex olfactory range. A decisive and austere bottle, to be matched with great meat and game dishes.
This Bolgheri Rosso Superiore is a robust and structured wine, aged for 20 months in barrique. It has a complex olfactory spectrum, of jam, spices, licorice, tobacco and graphite. Very powerful on the palate, soft, with marked tannins and balsamic persistence.
