The wine undergoes a cryomaceration on skins for a few hours. Fermentation takes place in vitrified cement vats at controlled temperature. Maturation in stainless steel tanks for further 6 months. This wine shows a beautiful straw yellow color with golden hues, pleasantly surprising to the nose thanks to the fruity and precise aromas of peach and apple, alternating with vegetal hints, assorted herbs. The wine is crisp and lively in the mouth and has a good consistency with a sapid and long finish.
