The grapes come from the youngest plots, located on soils with a frank texture, rich in marl. They are selected and harvested by hand in boxes. Fermentation then takes place in steel vats, during which frequent pumping over, controls and tastings are carried out. After about 3 weeks the wine is separated from the skins and begins its refinement in tonneaux and barriques, maturing for about 12 months. Then follows another period of aging in steel tanks where the wine completes its course before bottling.
