Starting from a base of an excellent and handcrafted acacia honey, selected berries are added, among which we find also karkadè. This honey is defined "romantic" because the red fruits release in the jar their natural color; within 15 days they transform it from clear, to a romantic red. The taste is very pleasant, aromatic and is suitable to be added in the morning at breakfast to yogurt. In short, a very special honey that is also a perfect match for Tuscan pecorino cheese.
