Rhum Giapponese Ryoma
This Japanese rhum, made from freshly pressed sugarcane, ages 7 years in white oak barrels. Rhum made from sugarcane is decidedly different from that made from molasses, as it has a more pungent and grassy flavor. The color is straw yellow, the nose is very floral, with typical notes of agricultural rums. In the mouth has hints of banana, floral, sweet and vanilla.
