A wine born almost for fun and which expresses the Ciliegiolo grape in an authentic and respectful way. A "chiantigiana" surprise. This wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barriques, followed by 6 months of aging in bottle before release. To the eye it shows a ruby red color with intense purple hues, to the nose it is intense and persistent, with hints of cherry, raspberry and violet, to the palate it is persistent, smooth and tannic in the finish.
